Preparation
1- Avocado toast with Matane shrimps on Première Moisson Organic Sprouted Grain Loaf :
Toast a slice of Première Moisson Organic Sprouted Grain Loaf.
Lime juice and zest, and freshly ground pepper.
Spread toast with cream cheese then top with a handful of Matane shrimp, a sliced avocado half.
Garnish with minced chives and a few arugula leaves.
2 - Avocado toast with chickpeas and grilled red peppers on Première Moisson Organic Sprouted Grain Loaf :
Toast a slice of Première Moisson Organic Sprouted Grain Loaf.
Use a fork to mash half a ripe avocado onto the toast.
Top with a few slices of jarred roasted red pepper, sliced olives, microgreens and roasted chickpeas.
3 - Avocado and tuna toast on Première Moisson Organic Sprouted Grain Loaf :
Mix 1 tablespoon of store-bought mayonnaise with a drizzle of grilled sesame oil.
Spread the sesame mayonnaise onto a slice of Sprouted Grain Loaf.
Add diced tuna, cucumber ribbons, sliced radishes and a sliced quarter avocado.
Top with a drizzle of sriracha, to taste.
4 - Avocado and hummus toast on Première Moisson Organic Sprouted Grain Loaf :
Toast a slice of Sprouted Grain Loaf.
Spread toast with hummus and top with a sliced lebanese half cucumber, 2 halved cherry tomatoes, sesame seeds, a few spinach leaves and a diced avocado half.
5 - Avocado toast with smoked salmon and mascarpone on Première Moisson Organic Sprouted Grain Loaf :
Toast a slice of Première Moisson Organic Sprouted Grain Loaf.
Spread toast with 2 tablespoons of mascarpone
Add diced half avocado and a diced radish. Top with a rose of smoked salmon, capers, lemon zest, and fresh dill.
6 - Mango and avocado tartare on Première Moisson Organic Sprouted Grain Loaf :
Toast a slice of Première Moisson Organic Sprouted Grain Loaf.
In the meantime, make a tartare with a diced quarter mango, a diced quarter avocado, the juice and zest of half a lime, chopped red onion, salt, and freshly ground pepper.
Place a leaf of curly lettuce on the toast and top with the tartare and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
Serve with a lime wedge and hot pepper, to taste.
