Preheat the oven to 205 °C (400 °F).Place the Brussels sprouts stalk on a baking sheet.Cover with oil and season with salt and pepper.Bake for 35 to 45 minutes depending on the size of the stalk. Check while baking and flip regularly.The Brussels sprouts should be entirely cooked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The outer leaves should be darkened.Cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.Place the stalk on a platter and garnish like a Caesar salad.Cook the prosciutto for about 45 seconds in the microwave.Pour the vinaigrette on top (dilute with a bit of milk if it is too thick). Add the croutons, prosciutto, cheese, and eggs.
