Place the mixed greens, onions, nectarine slices and pecans in a large salad bowl.Whisk together puréed nectarine, oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad.Toss well to coat.Top with raspberries and toss very lightly.Source: California Peaches - Plums - Nectarines

1/3 cup (80 mL) pureed or finely mashed nectarine

2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh lemon juice
