Before starting the recipe remove pizza dough from the fridge and let sit for 1 hour at room temperature (this will make the pizza dough easier to stretch).
Once dough has rested, grease a 12-inch pizza pan with 1 tbsp olive oil, stretch dough to fit pan. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and set aside.
Preheat oven to 450 °F.
Drain the roasted red peppers and thoroughly pat dry with paper towel. Cut into ¼-inch slices.
Re-stretch dough if it has shrunk. Spread pizza sauce on the dough leaving ½-inch border.
Sprinkle with half of the P’tit Québec Gourmet Melt Mozza and then top with red onions, red peppers and salami.
Sprinkle the remaining P’tit Québec Gourmet Melt Mozza over the toppings.
Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and pizza is golden on the bottom.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Cut into 8 slices. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
Serve: Let rest 1 minute, slice and enjoy.
