While it is true that sirloins are a little less tender, it is indeed the most flavourful steak. Its little fat cap will melt during cooking, which will give it more flavour and juice. It is recommended the steak be placed at room temperature for half an hour before cooking. Season your steak with salt and pepper or other spices at least 15 minutes before cooking so the seasoning is well absorbed.
