Whisk the egg in one bowl and mix panko breadcrumbs with spices in another.Dip each piece of shrimp into the egg first, then the breadcrumb mixture. Place on an air fryer tray and bake in the air fryer at 400 for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they're crispy and golden brown.Add honey, tamari, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic and chili paste to a small saucepan over medium. Cook for a few minutes, stirring, until sauce is thick and glossy. Remove from heat.Toss the crispy shrimp in the honey sesame sauce & serve with chives and sesame seeds on top as a holiday appetizer.
