Process OREO cookies, condensed milk, butter, and evaporated milk in a food processor to a paste.
Scrape mix into a resealable plastic bag or piping bag and set aside.
For Nutter Butter cookie butter:
Clean bowl and blade of processor and process Nutter Butter cookies, condensed milk, butter, evaporated milk and salt to a paste.
Scrape mix into a resealable plastic bag or piping bag.
Trim a corner of each bag and pipe alternating layers into a mason or jam jar.
Makes 1 ¾ cup of the combined mixture. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
