In a food processor, combine the white flour, salt, and sug-ar. Mix well.Add the butter (cubed) and water and mix until you get an even texture.Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.Pre-heat the oven to 400°F.In a non-stick pan, add the white sugar, butter, and water until the mixture starts to sizzle.Add the apples and cook for about 10 minutes or until they look soft.Spread the apples out evenly in the pan and add the Irre-sistibles almonds.Roll out the pie crust and place it on top of the pan.Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until the crust is golden.Once you remove the pan from the oven, flip the Tarte Tatin onto a plate and serve warm.
